11 out of the first 12 sold under the hammer.

Some stand out sales kicked off with a Pre Auction in Vivian Wilson Drive and an offer of $885,000, and sold for $938,000. The two buyers who fought it out up to 938, had both made offers in the very early 800's last week!.

A commercial in Stonedon Drive was a piece of vacant industrial ln East Tamaki which sold for a record price for anything in the area. It had a valuation in the last couple of weeks around $2.7m, and sold for $3,440,000.

A goodie in George St sold for about $100,000 over its reserve.

A nice home in Cascades Road had a reserve of $940,000 which the agents were worried might be about $40,000 too high, it went on to sell at $1,161,000.

It appears that there is action aplenty at the moment with another two Pre auctions that I did today selling well above their offers.

A Onehunga Mall home had an offer of $1,210,000 and sold for $1,321,000

One in Hayr Rd had an offer of $980,000 and sold for $1,090,500

Also, I have presented 8 pre-auction offers today, and I believe that the other auctioneers have had similar numbers too.
