Such a great start to the session with a room full of bidders and all keen to put their hands in the air. 14/24 for the day and excellent bidding across the board for properties of every description.

The Vendors of a Wesley Ave property were delighted to sell their unit at $816,000 which put them in a position to bid for a property in Wairau Rd and come out victorious at $1,107,000 - a total of 25 bidders registered at the front desk for this one.

Another wonderful home at Kingsview Rd Mt Eden sold for $2.720,000.

An excellent result on a Chester Ave property selling at $1.700,000.

A Remuera Rd home was a surprise result eventually selling for nearly $200,000 over the reserve.
